Christmas Bears!

Good morning!  I have two cards to show you today that are a matching pair from a son and daughter to their Mummy.  I designed them as mirror images embellishment wise so that they can be displayed together.  First up is the girl's card.  I have used the stunning new Christmas papers by Maja Design and used one of the gorgeous Cocco With Present from the Little Christmas Collection.

I have painted her with Distress Inks using the no lines technique and added some details to her sleeve and cheeks using a white gel pen.

I have used the Tilda Ticket Doohickey to create little tags at the side of the image and added bells, twine and tiny pink roses.

I've also added a bark heart and cherry blossom to the other side.  The finishing touch is 'Mummy' cut from some gorgeous silver glitter card that I have recycled from last year's Christmas crackers!

Now onto the boy's card.  This time I used Cozy Christmas Bear, also from the Little Christmas Collection and again painted him with Distress Inks.

I have used the New York post mark stamps from the With Love Collection around the images on both cards.

I have used the same embellishments but swapped the pink roses for blue ones...

...and placed them on the opposite sides to the girl's card!

Birthday Box..

Good morning crafters!

Today I'm back with a new inspiration.

This time I have made a little pizza box and covered it with the brand new papers from Maja's  Celebration collection. The patterns are so pretty and sweet. You can use them for so many different makes.

 The Tilda I used is from Magnolia's BOHO collection. I love the entire collection.

The coloring of Tilda is made with Distress Inks. I tried to create a little shabby look of her dress. Maybe you can see it.

The pretty cutting dies are from Magnolia. I used Masquerade Mask and the Sakura Background.

The box is about 10 x 10 cm. There you can hide some little things.

I created the inside of my box with one of the beautiful sentiments from Stempelgledes Just a Note. I can't imagine better sentiments for those projects as the collections from Stempelglede.

Dressed for Festivity..

Hello all!

A new day and a new card from our awesome DT Susen..
Since our weekly theme is Anything Goes the ladies have their hands and minds free..
Susen never tried no-line colouring before so she decided now was the time to give it a shot..

And check out the amazing results!
Our Susen is one of the most talented cardmakers out there for sure!

She used a Magnolia die for the card's base and Maja Design papers from the Coffee in the Arbour 6x6 Paper Pad combined with some Pion Design Palette cardstock and corrugated cardboard covered in Gesso....

I guess she's loving more and more her sewing machine cos' she did some sewing around the paper edges
once again..

The image is coloured with Distress Inks and Susen added some white Frantage around this gorgeous Dressed for Festivity Tilda from the Lovely Emojis Collection 2017..
The postmarks are also a Magnolia stamp set called New York..

The flowers.. WOC of course!
Cherry Blossoms, Wild Roses, Sweetheart Blossoms, Open Roses..
And even some Pink Decorative Foam Bouquets are there..

The two tags tucked behind the image are the So Wrapped Lovely Doohickey die..
Susen tied some of our white Vintage Seam Binding on..

Behind the image is also one of our beautiful 4'' Paper Doilies, a Bark Heart with some Gesso on the front
and one of the most beautiful details on here is for sure our pink Lace Jacqueline..
It's simply amazing!

Susen also used a Stempelglede set called Just a Note..
These amazing sentiments are just perfect to be used on tags such as this one and on the inside of your beautiful projects..

A Special Tissue Box..

Hello everyone!
We are here today with a marvelous project from our super talented DT Susen..
Forget Me Not..
That's our weekly theme and here's what our Susen made for it..

At this point you are thinking that this is a super cute but ordinary box..
But it's not!
It's a tissue box as the post title suggests and it's an awesome one..
But you need to check out the whole post to see all the details..

Susen chose once again the gorgeous Red Rose Ornament paper from Magnolia..
She combined it with a fantastic Pion Design sheet from the Easter Greetings collection..
These really do work well together, don't you think?

Our Susen loves cute images like this one so she chose this sweet owl and coloured her with Distress Inks..
The tiny dots around her are made with Silver Pearl Liquid Pearls..

This beauful bow was made with the Bride Bow Magnolia Doohickey..

She used Dina Wakley's Gesso to shabby everything up a bit..
And she also used one of our beautiful Bark Hearts on one side..

Now you can finally see this box in all it's beauty..

All WOC flowers on this project are from our range..
This time Susen picked some Open Roses, Apple Blossoms and Sweetheart Blossoms..

And there's our stunning Lace Juliane too..
The paper edges are all distressed and stitched as you can see..

Maybe this isn't the most handy tissue box for your purse but I would sure love to have one like this on my work desk.. One in the living room.. And one in the bedroom.. Oh well.. I would place them everywhere..
