Girl With a Bunny..

Morning everyone!

Easter is just around the corner and we wanna celebrate it with a few projects ..
Our DT Susen prepared this beautiful card for the occasion..

The first thing that catches the eye are the fabulous papers she used..
Yep.. All from the Pion Design Easter Greetings collection..

The ''Girl with a Bunny'' image is from a company called A Day For Daisies..
Our Susen is a big fan of these but she had to use a Magnolia stamp on here too..
It's the fab background love stamp..

The image is coloured with Distress Inks and Susen added some Frantage around it..

 She used a rectangle die with faux stitches to cut it out and then placed a matching scalloped rectangle behind that..
The gorgeous paper she used is the Pion Purple III from the Pion Design Palette collection..
The corrugated cardboard is covered in Gesso..

The border die.. A Magnolia Doohickey called Old Swedish Lace..
An evergreen if you ask me..

And did you notice all the wonderful stitching around?

Two tags are hiding behind the image..

It's the Tilda Ticket Magnolia Doohickey and they are still blank, waiting to be filled with some warm thoughts..

Those two were cut out of the Pion Green I and Susen shabbied them up a bit once again with some Dina Wakley Gesso..

The fab flowers?
Open Roses, Apple Blossoms, Wild Roses, Aster Daisies and Sweetheart Blossoms..

You Stole my Heart..

Happy Sunday lovely people!

Our DT Barbara was pretty busy this week so we decided to post her amazing
Pearls for You
project with a bit of delay..

The base of the card and middle layer were both cut out with the splendid Magnolia Vintage Square Doohickey set and this whole project is about soft white and peachy tones..
What a great colour combo..

The papers are from Maja Design's Summertime collection and one sheet is from the Pion Design Easter Greetings collection..

Here is Cause I Love You Tilda from the Lovely Emojis Collection 2017..
Barbara coloured her with Distress Inks and since the weekly theme is all about pearls she decided to attach some around her too..

The higlights are made with a Ranger White Opaque Pen and the image is sealed with some Distress Micro Glaze..

The script accents around the image were made with one of the stamps from the Stempelglede Post Card from Paris set..

Barbara loves using her sewing machine on her projects so she made all those stitches around all the paper layers except for one..

A doily is peeking out on the sides and there's our Lace Claire on top of that..

Two straws on the bottom and some gorgeous WOC flowers and Decorative Foam Bouquets around..

Hints of Gesso all over the place..

More pearls.. Of course..

And Barbara did her magic once again..

Little Pink Notebook..

Hey there!

Another week has come to an end and to finish it off in great style we are revealing another marvel from our amazing DT Susen..

This is her project for our Think Spring theme..
A gorgeous notebook that I'm sure everyone would like to own..

 This little marvel is handmade top to bottom..
The papers Susen chose are from the Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics 6x6 Paper Pad, the Pion Design Easter Greetings, Flower Frames and Where the Roses Grow collections and there is the Pion Pink I from the Pion Design Palette also..

A gorgeous detail well visible on this pic that we don't want you to miss is our stunning Lace Jacqueline here on the side..

Sunbathe Tilda from the SeaSide Collection 2016..

Coloured with Distress Inks and protected with a thin coat of Distress Micro Glaze..

The postmarks around her are two sets of Magnolia stamps..

One is called New York and the other Postcard..

The Just for You quote is one of the extraordinary Scrapiniec chipboards that we carry and it's covered in Gesso like the corrugated cardboard behind the image..

The inside is full of wonderful details too..

Susen made two pockets and both of them have the Old Swedish Lace die cut on the top edge and the Scalloped Tag Doohickey cut outs tucked inside..

Yess.. Each one of them holds a little note..

That wonderful and detailed doily back there can also be found in our store as well as the astonishing Vintage Seam Binding she tied on the side..

And one last thing..

All the flowers on here are from the WOC range..

Just beautiful..
