There has been a slight delay but we are now ready to start a brand new monthly

Yeah.. We are slowly getting there..
Spring is on its way..
Early mornings and late afternoons are filled with songs..
Buds, flowers and sweet smells are filling the air..
Fresh rain and misty mornings greet you..
As the sunlight becomes more prevalent, people, plants and animals are beginning to emerge from their winter modes to step outside, bloom and otherwise welcome the sunshine..

As always.. Please feel free to interpret the theme as you wish..

Our monthly challenges are as simple as possible so you can all enter and be in the game not just for the glourious Top 5

Bloom where You are Planted..

Good morning people!

We all wish you a sunny and happy Saturday!
Bloom where You are Planted..
Just a simple quote that means that sometimes our dreams take time..
So instead of getting bitter and upset at your situation, why not try blooming where you have been planted?
Come on..
Capture the moment with our DT Izabela's gorgeous card for today..

Let's immediately start with the sentiment she chose..
One of the fab Scrapiniec chipboard elements from our range..
Did you see another one?
Yep! She also used a Royal Rectangle Frame on here..

Our Izabela is a kind and romantic soul and you can really tell that from her creations..

Lots of flowers, lace, soft tones and sparkly accents..

Fab, right?

This card is totally Maja Design..
Oh well.. Not entirely.. She did use the Pion Blue IV also..
But she mainly combined two wonderful Maja collections.. Summertime and Vintage Romance..
Ohhh.. Let's not forget the Baby Blue Vintage Seam Binding she added to the bouquet..

The WOC flowers she chose this time are her favourite - Magnolias, then some 30mm and 40mm Wild Roses, the Sweetheart Blossoms and Cherry Blossoms, Open Roses and even a Small Orchid..

Everything rigorously covered in glitter and as you might have noticed she loves to add some Glossy Accents on the leaves made with the Rose Leaf Doohickey die that give that great water drop effect..

 

Several layers of paper and lace, mould made embellies and some drops here and there..
Of course you can find all those gorgeous trims and other supplies in our store..
The laces in questions are called Fleur, Antoinette and Claire..

Cause I Love You..

What's up people?

First of all we wanna let you know that we will have a challenge in March..

Of course we will!

We just had to postpone the start a bit..

Be ready on Sunday March 5th because that's when the fun will begin..

Now onto today's amazing creation from our DT Irene..

Here's what she got inspired to make with our

Bloom where You are Planted theme..

Yeahhh!

There's nothing simple about Irene's projects and this amazing Book Card just made me want to sit down and make one myself..

The beauty on here is simply overwhelming..

The image is from the latest Magnolia collection called Lovely Emojis..

Her name? She's Cause I love You Tilda..

Irene stamped with Jet Black Archival Ink and coloured on kraft with her Faber Castell Pastel Pencils this time.. She made the highlights with a Ranger White Opaque Pen..

The result is breathtaking..

The papers are all from Pion Design..

Irene picked two collections..

The Easter Greetings collection and Where The Roses Grow..

Both collections have the most beautiful pastel tones and all the Pion Borders 12x12 sheets are super handy when making projects like this.. I love them!

I will tell you in a minute what I'm talking about..

We made a collage of all the amazing details on here..

I know..

There's soooo much to look at..

 As always lots of layers..
The papers, the 4'' Round Paper Doilies, the Scrapiniec chipboards..
The Rosettes and the Sign Frame are spectacular..
And then all the WOC flowers and berries..
On the inside our Lace Marguerite, Vintage Hearts Trim and more gorgeous papers..
Some Texture Paste and Gesso sprinkled around..
Now check out the picture taken from the left side..
That strip of paper from the Borders sheet (remember that I was blabbering about that before?) she used there seems like it was made exactly for this purpose..
But it's not.. This is just Irene's great creative mind at work..
Don't you just love it?

There's nothing left to coincidence here.. Really..
It's just a stunning project made from the heart..
