Birthday Card - Advent Calendar Stamps

Good morning!  I have another card to share with your for Craft Heaven using three of the amazing stamps that were in the Advent Calendar.  If you missed out on the calendar I'm sure the collection will be available very, very soon in the Craft Heaven store!  I needed to make cards for my Father-in-law's birthday and the Tilda with long, curly hair reminded me instantly of my daughter who also has long, curly hair, so she was perfect for a card for Granddad!

I teamed her with the new Edwin to represent my son.  I also masked the balloons from the advent calendar behind Tilda so that is looks like she's holding them behind her back.  The whole scene was painted with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I've added shimmer to her dress with a Wink of Stella pen and golden confetti using Gold Stickles.

The sentiment is one from my stash.

The gorgeous paper is by Maja Design.  To complete the card I added some strips of card and paper ribbon.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking! x

Merry Christmas with Tilda and Maja Design..

Good morning,

I can't believe that next week is Christmas Eve! And I have to do so much more cards... Have you made all your Christmas cards yet?
This is my new christmas card. I used this sweet Frozen Tilda from the new Christmas Party Collection. I just love all Tildas in costume.

I decorated my card with some pinecones, a white English Rose, Frosted Pomegranates, white Spiral Stamens, pearls and a white Cosmos Daisy.

I framed the cute Tilda with the snow globe from Magnolias Vintage Box last year. The stars around Tilda are also stamps from Magnolia.

The pretty patterned papers are from Majas Joyous Winterdays collection. All patterns are gorgeous and so beautiful. I coloured Tilda as usual with Distress Inks.

The sentiment is an older one from Magnolia too.

Tilda With Star..

Good morning all!
Jane with you today..

I'm excited to share my latest card for Craft Heaven this morning featuring my absolute favourite Tilda from the Christmas Party collection 2017, Tilda with Star.

As always I've painted her with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I've also added some Stardust Stickles to the Christmas tree frills and her star.

The sentiment is also from the new collection and comes in a set with another sentiment and some snowflakes.  I've stamped it with Pine Needles Distress Ink.

The gorgeous papers are by Maja Design and these two with stars and Christmas trees on were perfect to match Tilda!
I've also added some lace, wooden buttons and ribbon from Craft Heaven to complete my card.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!  Pop over to the blog to see more inspiration from the rest of the team! x

Welcome to my Birthday...

Hi!

It's me Barbara with you today!
It's time to share another creation with you. This time I've made a gift box using Welcome to my Birthday Tilda from the Yay, It's your Birthday Collection 2017.

The gorgeous papers used are all from Maja Design.
I picked the Monocromes - Shades of Sofiero and Sofiero 12x12 designer papers.
I just love soft pink and white tones.
All papers used are listed at the end of my post.

I cut out this gorgeous Tilda using the Vintage Frames and Tags Magnolia die.
Other dies used are Dream Tag and Rosemary Wreath.

I coloured Tilda with Distress inks.
All the highlights are made with a Ranger White Opaque pen.
.... Then.... Everything is sealed and protected with a tiny bit of Distress Micro Glaze.

Some light touches of Dina Wakley Media Gesso here and there and my project for today is done.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
See you again very very soon!
Hugs,
Barbara GR

Cold noses..

Hello,

christmas is still coming closer. And this means we have to do more and more christmas cards =)
That's why I have a new christmas card to share with you today.
I used this absolutly cute stamp from Whipper Snapper. I have found him on a crafting fair this year.

The background of this image I made with my great  Distress Oxide Inks. They are perfect for making those backgrounds. You can blend them more softly than the normal Distress Inks. I used the colours Black Soot, Salty Ocean and Faded Jeans. I blended them with my round Blending Tool from Tim Holtz. It's so much easier as with the big blending tool.
The white sprinkles I made with Gesso. Here I took some paint on my brush and splattered it on the image. Of course I covered the image with removable tape ;)

The round stamp is an oldie from Magnolia. The lyrics are from one of my fave Christmas songs.

I added a little charm right beside the image. Unfortunately I have no more of my fave mittens from Tina's shop. Here you can find the more sweet ones =)

Both tags are Doohickey dies and are movable.
I love to cover everything with white Gesso *lol*. The stamps on them are from Magnolia, too.

Hope I inspired you a bit today..

Holiday Wishes..

Good morning people!
Irene here with you on this cold winter morning. Brrr..

Do you remember my latest video tutorial?
The one with Frozen Tilda.
You missed it? It's HERE..
Check it out!
I am going to teach you how to colour this gorgeous Magnolia stamp with Prismacolor pencils.
Easy and 100% fun!

This is the card I made with her.
I used my favourite papers. Two beautiful Maja Design collections: I Wish and Denim & Friends.
Love them both! Or should I say Love them ALL!

As I said before this cute Frozen Tilda from the Christmas Party collection 2017 is colored with Prismacolor pencils.
All the highlights are made with a Ranger White Opaque pen.
Behind her is the Holiday Wishes sentiment from that same collection.
I really hope you enjoyed my little tutorial. Did you?

I kept the center of the card pretty simple, only adding some Gesso and sparkle to it for that frosty look. And a cute little resin frame.
The rest is much fuller.
Lots of Red Frosted Pomegranates, fibers and flowers and leaves made with some Doohickeys from the vol.4.

Thanks for visiting!
Hope you have a great day!

The gorgeous lace is also from the store and the sentiment comes in the Christmas Rose stamp set.  I have cut several tags using the Scalloped Tag and Tilda Ticket Doohickeys by Magnolia.

Another baby onesie card..

Hello,

it's time for me to share some inspiration with you. This year we have a lot of newborns in our family and that's why I can show you some more of this cute cards.
Since I have seen this card shape for the first time, I felt in love. I bought the file in the Silhouette store.

The pretty sweet Little Tilda is from an older collection from Magnolia called "Princes and Princesses". I just love her and use her really often. The coloring is made with Distress Inks as usuall. Her crown is sparkling so pretty. I used Stickles Stardust. It's my fav of all the Stickles glitter glues.
Into the Little pocket behind Tilda I set the Heart tag and the Jeans tag. The both keys are also cutting dies from Magnolia. It's a Girl is a chipboard piece from Scrapiniec.

The inside of my card I created with the cute image from Maja's Vintage Baby collection. I added some details like a little piece from the lace trim Je t'aime, some flowers and a little sentiment, also from Maja Design.

Have a great day.

Hugs
