Le Cirque Collection

Good morning!  Today on the Craft Heaven Blog we're showcasing stamps from Magnolia's gorgeous Le Cirque Collection.  I've used the sweet Tilda Clown and Maja Design papers from the Sofiero Collection on my card.

I've painted Tilda with Distress Inks using the no lines technique and added details to her cheeks and outfit with a white gel pen.

The gorgeous chipboard pieces are by Scrapiniec from the Mehendi Borders set and I've used the Sakura Lanterns Doohickey dies for the lanterns.

I've also used a star swirl from Doohickey Volume 9 as strings for the lanterns and some lace from Craft Heaven.

Ninja Birthday Card

Good morning!  I have a cute boy's card to share with you today that I created for a little boy who loves Lego Ninjago.  Of course, I had to paint Ninja Edwin to match his favourite character, Kai.

I also painted Edwin's face yellow so that he looks like a Lego figure rather than a real person.  It worked pretty well I think.

The backing paper for the card is by Maja Design and then I have used lots of coloured card from my stash to create the rest of the details.  I have used the Tower Doohickey to create the Ninjago Temple.  I cut the roof part twice and snipped the point off one to use it lower down on the tower.

I used the fence Doohickey from Doohickey kit 6 and cut away the grass part to make the bridge.  I have also used the Cloud Doohickey several times to create the rocky edges around the rest of the scene.  

I used a circle punch to create the tab on the side of the card.

 Pull the tab and see what happens!

Lollipop card...

Hello everyone,

 

today I have a lollipop card again.

For this card I used Tilda with Armful of Flowers and coloured her with my Distress Ink refills.

The pretty purple patterned paper is from Majas Enjoying Outdoors collection. The edges are cut with the Old Swedish Lace die from Magnolia. It looks so pretty.

 

 

I love the Dragonflies cutting dies. Glued the large one on the paper straw and the little one  on top of lolli. Behind the image I put the Sakura Background and a movable Bloomy Tag.

 

As always I used some corrugated cardboard under my image and decorated everything with some Flowers and Lace and Trims.

Easter Carrots..

Good morning and Happy Easter to everyone celebrating it!

As promised we are here with an awesome project from our DT Susen..
This might not be a tipical Easter card but she had sooo much fun making it..

Don't you just love it?

The card's base is pretty simple..

White cardstock and then two more layers on top of it..

The solid paper is from the Pion Design Palette collection and is called Pion Green I..

The other one is from the Maja Design Coffee in the Arbour 6x6 Paper Pad..

This is one of Susen's favourite Magnolia stamps..
Tilda Picking Carrot from the Sakura Collection 2015..
We've seen her use it many times before but this card is something special because Susen added that super cute shaker part as well..

Tilda is coloured with Distress Inks and she used those for the shaker too..
First she embossed the carrots with a clear embossing powder..
Then she took a Blending Tool to add that lovely background colour..
And in the end.. Susen finished everything with some more colouring of the carrots..

This card is all about green, yellow and soft orange tones and Susen found the perfect WOC flowers to go with it.. Open Roses in various sizes, Sweetheart Blossoms and Wild Roses and even a Green Decorative Frosted Pomegranate..

There's some corrugated cardboard covered in Gesso behind the shaker part and a 4'' Round Paper Doily under that..

The Scalloped Tag Magnolia Doohickey was used for that tag and there are some more cute carrots and sentiment on it..
Susen decided to tie some Green Vintage Seam Binding on to complete the look..

Hello dear followers!

After a short break we are back with some amazing inspiration from our DT Irene..
Think Spring..

Starting from the card's base..
Irene used a Nellie's multi frame die for that..
Then she picked some gorgeous Maja Design papers from the Summertime and I Wish collections and added those..
In between all those layers is also a Paper Doily and some fab Scrapiniec chipboards..

After a long time and a lot of questions from you this sweet image from the Sakura Collection 2015 is back in stock! Yayyy!
Her name is Golden Week Tilda and Irene used Jet Black Archival Ink to stamp her and a lot of the 2015 Distress Ink colours to bring her to life..
She made the highligts with a Ranger White Opaque Pen..

Irene fell in love with Foamiran flowers and she just can't stop making them..

She paired them with some Decorative Foam Bouquets this time..

She loves to add all sorts of embellies on her projects and we just love the crocheted heart and cabochon there on the right..
